Add support for .ai, jsr_i and jmp_i for optimized instance calls

Add support for .ai, jsr_i and jmp_i for optimized instance calls (the 32-bit tests are temporarily allowed to fail, because the number of words used in compress depend on whether optimized instance calls are used or not)

CI: keep WebAssembly job artifacts for 3 months (previously 1 week; this caused issues in the nightlies because the nightly build needs these artifacts)

Fix in case modules other than _system would define symbols with the same name as a predefined constructor

Fix deadlock in signal handler for segmentation fault recovery (includes cleanup)

Revert commits 52af2ac1 and ae946b50 which were used temporarily to work around #78 (now fixed in clean-compiler-and-rts/compiler#14)

Temporarily disable generic fusion for the Windows ABC optimizer because it seems to trigger #78 (see clean-compiler-and-rts/compiler#14)

Fix for segmentation fault when parse_program was called twice with COMPUTED_GOTOS set (reported in iTasks-SDK#280)

These are frequent pairs of instructions in the Ligretto and Trax
examples in iTasks.
