use these functions in the project manager

remove some unused functions and function arguments,
change order of some function arguments and tuples

it is now stored in the clean-language-report repository 

add dummy64.asm because the 32 bit c compiler adds an _ and the 64 bit compiler does not

use DQuitCompilers if the cancel button was pressed during parallel build,
in ProcessCompilerMsg yield True if the paths have changed

because ASync code generation does not support use of the assembler

add call to ExitCleanCompiler (to kill the compiler if an error has occurred while updating a project)
