Updated the services api with an overview page, and made it accessible from within the client through the debug window.

First round of cleanup in ad-hoc examples.Moved them to "Extensions" and updated Groups module to not be linked to roles, but let users create their own groups and invite others.

Updated engine to use appname in HTTP server instructions and use of serverPath config value for serving the services.
IMPORTANT: You may need to update your config files.

Cleanup of the interactive tasks API.
- All interactive tasks now have a parameter for a short subject/title and a larger description of the task.
- Messages and instructions no longer return Void but always yield a value that is supplied as the last parameter.
  This makes it easier to use them in a 'pipeline' of binded tasks.

All examples have been updated to these changes. Better use of the now mandatory subjects/titles of tasks in forms and window titles is still to be done.

Standardized all string serialization/deserialization on JSON. GenPrint and GenParse are no longer used. This was required for being able to offer and manipulate complete task values through the webservices.

Added TaskOutput indirection in task tree, as preparation for building task trees that contain no user interface or alternative output formats.

Handle 404-response from task-service in case a task no longer exists. This presents a task-is-redundant message to the user an closes the tab.

- Refactoring of gVerify. It now also checks for blank (unmasked) values and shows an error icon behind required values.
- Bugfixes in the parallel combinator: Subtask-workers were not removed in case their task was reassigned to someone else. Changed the task-service, allowing it to accept result request for task numbers which do not equal processId's as the result of a parallel subtask is kept in a finished-task node, beneath the main-task node.
- Added sorting to the user-list returned by the user-service

 - use platform independent representation of paths (Directory.dcl) instead of strings
 - a custom message is shown to the user while an external process is running
 - the external process node type is removed from the task tree; a monitor node is used to show the message instead

- improve hotkey type: a hotkey is defined by exactly one key (A-Z) and optionally ctrl, alt and shift
- introduce super class for FormContainer & MessageContainer to avoid duplicate code
- interpret hotkeys on client side: append hotkey-string to menu item names & fire menu events if hotkey is pressed (only works if a form element inside the task is focused)
