strange behaviour in multi player chat example

When testing chat, between say, bob and alice, all chat's between them also appear in the inbox of root. So, root can interfere with the chat which I don't think was the intention. When root does this, the content of his tabs is changing, I saw the login message suddenly appear. I assume there is a mix-up in the editor identifications. Tests to check for multi-user applications might be a good idea.
