Tune refresh rates

The current TUI refresh rate is 0.1 second, and the current short-poll interval on the queue is 1 sec. It is not needed for these values to be this low. We should:

Tune the TUI refresh rate (needs invalidation of UI state)
Refresh the queue when a song is finished and tune the short-poll interval accordingly (d725d67a)
