Moved to bytea coredata column
Added db schema.

Reworked keyshare core interface to better match needs of the protocol, and moved generation of all jwts into core.

Apparently, in some cases not having this timeout set can lead the test to fail due to the large body being POSTed.

This change is done since the rebadge did not provide sufficient value, as
rebadged errors are already recognizable enough on their own.
