- Extract raw information from session, and only derive for display
- Add protocol version and ABS timestamps in log entries. Include an update function for existing logs

Attributes may now also remotely be made optional.

Previously this was decided by checking whether any of the scheme managers of any of the involved credetials and attributes that occur in the session uses a keyshare server. However, in case of disclosure and signing sessions, this could erroneously include attributes from disjunctions that have not been selected by the user.

This also required adding support for calculating the metadata version
based on the protocol version, and sending the current protocol version
to the server as a hint.

Instead we just branch in some functions over whether or not the session is interactive. This solves some code duplication; gives manual sessions the ability to download unknown scheme manager files on the fly, like interactive sessions; and it solves manual sessions missing some calls back to the Handler.

This prevents the 'use of internal package not allowed' go compile error

The struct name now matches exactly (up to idiomatic spelling differences)
with the name of the folder that it parses and updates.
