tool popup windows unusable with Qt6 under Linux+Wayland

popup windows from Tools, Matrix or Transform have tiny size and cannot be resized making them unusable under Linux using Wayland. This bug does not occur for an xorg session.

I have trouble with the following menus tools

• Tools
• Matrix
• Transform-> NUS
• Fitting-> integrals
• Plot->settings
• Utilities -> dipolar distance calculation: Wrong at start but suddently resize OK

Some windows are not affected for example:

• Workspace -> info
• Help -> About
• Combine (most of them)
• Fitting -> model (quadrupole) -> Exclude, Export

I tested with library versions:

matplotlib 3.10.6
PyQt 6.10.0
Qt 6.10.0
