Added run file. Improved mapper. Tested init oracle, it seems to work on both systems, on Linux, it doesn't work for large alphabets, because the OS at some point, refuses any further connections and sends FIN+ACKs

Fixed bugs. Init oracle now is working for packets on Windows and it cleans up its act after each execution

I think the init oracle is working as best as it can. It should only be a matter of finding the right timing configuration

retransmitted SYN+ACKs now seem to be blocked properly, as tested with a simple test trace listen,S,FA,FA,FA...

Added extension so a trace can be run multpile times. Also added a new trace file to the Example directory

Extended the server adapter, so now we can also use it as a plain server, via de -p option. A bit ugly, but it will do for now.
