Add a standard Az/El display

Suggestion made by Heino Falcke:

A useful display would be to have the standard El vs AZ (and perhaps also El vs UT) for each telescope with the target sources in the vex file and some standard calibrators (planets, plus a few others, also sources, if available). I have a little script to extract these sources. If available one could try to get the actual horizon and the sun avoidance angle as well. You could also display where the telescope is pointing at the moment.
