Check if constraints are sufficiently strict

Using the CRUD forms, the board has farreaching influence on the database. This means they can probably get us into all sorts of trouble. We generally want to stay out of such trouble, so we should make sure that edits that contradict logic (e.g. two memberships at the same time?) are prevented rather than fixed.
