Expected behaviour

When you scroll to the bottom of every page, there should be five icons present in the footer.

Actual behaviour

When you scroll down to the bottom of the association page, the twitter icon is not present.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the homepage

2. Observe the twitter icon in the footer.

3. Go to the association page

4. Observe the black box without the twitter icon in the footer.
