When downloading minutes of a general meeting, the sites returns another document.

Expected behaviour

When downloading minutes of a general meeting, the sites returns the minutes.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the document page
Download the minutes of the general meeting of the 4th of october.
Observe that the huishoudelijk-reglement-26-08-2014.pdf is downloaded.
