Event registration export does not have the correct date associated with it.

One-sentence description

When exporting the registrations of an event the date is incorrect.

Current behaviour

Instead of the time with seconds, %H:%m is used.

Expected behaviour

%H:%M:%S.%f is used.

  1. export registration of an event.
