Current behaviour / Reproducing the bug

If you go to the event page to create an event, under the box Message when there is no registration (NL), it says the default message in English, where it should be Dutch.

Expected behaviour

The given text should be in Dutch.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
