Run collectstatic, migrate and compress in entrypoint

One-sentence description

Run collectstatic, migrate and compress in the Docker entrypoints.

Why?

At the moment they need to be run manually. In #serverconfig we have a bit of a hacky script that runs the (using a none production entrypoint) commands.
