Changing old boards requires a mailinglist

One-sentence description

Changing old boards requires a mailinglist

Current behaviour / Reproducing the bug

I tried to change the board member ship of Joris Reichert and Lore Veugen and Simon Brugman (because they left a board and we can now edit this). But when changing this, I got an error message saying the board needs to have an mailinglist. This is undesired since old boards have their own automatically created mailinglist.

Expected behaviour

Not have this error message
