Localpartner option on the company profilepage

One-sentence description

Regarding the new contract with Yoast, the option should be made to have a localpartner profile shown below the mainpartner on the partners page.

Motivation

It is important regarding the fact that we signed a contract and it is bringing in a lot of income for Thalia.

Desired functionality

It can be exactly the same as the way the mainpartner is shown right now, only it of course says localpartner and it is below the mainpartner.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
