Create automated newsletter mailinglists

One-sentence description

Motivation

The G Suite SMTP relay does not support sending mail to more than 100 distinct addresses, but it does support sending mails to specific groups with more than 100 members.

Desired functionality

A mailinglist containing everyone that wants to receive the Dutch newsletter and a mailinglist that contains everyone that wants to receive the English newsletter.
