32-bit linux build scripts

This adds build scripts for base, lib-argenv, lib-dynamics, and lib-platform for x86 linux.

To do:

• Remove custom branches from sources in clean-base after https://gitlab.science.ru.nl/clean-compiler-and-rts/compiler/-/merge_requests/15, https://gitlab.science.ru.nl/clean-compiler-and-rts/run-time-system/-/merge_requests/3, https://gitlab.science.ru.nl/clean-compiler-and-rts/code-generator/-/merge_requests/2, and clm!8 (merged) are merged.

I'd also like to add:

• lib-directory
• lib-gast
• lib-generics
• lib-graphcopy (depends on clean-libraries!7 (merged))
• lib-stdlib
• lib-tcpip
• test
• test-properties

Bundles:

• bundle-complete

These require some more work:

• abc-interpreter
• lib-itasks
• bundle-itasks
