Add Android buildstep

Since Buddybuild stopped supporting Android and we haven't found any other option. Using a Docker image with all dependencies pre-installed works fine, as you can see. We could add support for uploading to Google Play, however this has no priority. Buddybuild can keep doing the iOS builds just fine.
