Steps to reproduce:

Open an event on a mobile (Chrome + Android!?) device while having a scroll position to the top
Scroll
The event collapses

New behaviour

Steps to validate that it works:

Open an event on a mobile (Chrome + Android!?) device while having a scroll position to the top
Scroll
The event does not automatically collapse
