Resolve "Banners zijn overal hetzelfde"

Milan van Stiphout requested to merge 317-banners-zijn-overal-hetzelfde into master

Randomizes banners to cheer up the website. Allows for more banners in the future, to be placed in the "header_banners" folder in the thaliawebsite app.
