Add a missing migration in the education app

Ghost User requested to merge fix/missing-eduction-migration into master

Closes no issue.

This migration was missing. This needs to be hotfixed, but unfortunately another MR which is not part of the release also added a migration to the educations app, so we might have to perform some tricks.
