Short description

This MR grayscales the albums that are inaccessible by the user.

Steps to use this feature

Create some albums with different creation dates.
Create an user with a membership, such that not all albums fall within the membership.
Log in and go to the photos page
Notice that the inaccessible albums are not clickable and are grayscaled.
