Previous behaviour

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create registration without student number
  2. Create registration with student number, same other info
  3. Works

New behaviour

Steps to validate that it works:

  1. Create registration without student number
  2. Create registration with student number, same other info
  3. Fails!
