Previous behaviour

Steps to reproduce:

Open the calendar
Notice the birthdays button is always availabe and the unpublished events are never shown.

New behaviour

Steps to validate that it works:

Open the calendar
Notice the birthdays button is not availabe in non-authenticated mode and the unpublished events are shown if you have the permission.
