Add help_text to summaries and exams to explain how to inspect files

So I wanted to add a button or field to the edit form page in the admin area. Then I found out that the 'show on site' button does exactly what we want: download the file. Thus adding a new piece of text to explain that that is how this works is how the problem is solved. Nothing fancy, just plain instructions.
