Clide 87 run shortcut

Mart Lubbers requested to merge CLIDE-87-run-shortcut into develop

In stead of going to the run configurations each time, CLIDE now makes a run configuration itself by clicking the "Run" button in the Java perspective. Furthermore, you can set the location of the Clean Project Manager (CPM) in CLIDE Settings in the menu bar so that you only have to set it once.
