Added License to CLIDE

Mart Lubbers requested to merge Adding_licenses_to_the_project into develop

Added a LICENSE.txt file containing BSD 2-clause license, and added license-name, copyright notice, and all our names to every single class. Also got rid of some unused imports in cloogleview.java while I was at it.
