Move generation of thumbnail to image path instead of templatetag

Luuk Scholten requested to merge 80-rendering-thumbnails-blocks-album-page-rendering into master

This method significantly improves load time of a album page. A testset from a ReSnap customer of 800MB DSLR pictures loads without any problems (on my laptop, will be a bit slower for non SSD probably).
